~Lack of Time~

Sorry for the lack of posts, its been finally picking up here for me on preparing my short film for AM. It's always hard to juggle so many things at the same time but I believe it will be worth it at the end when it is all said and done; for I believe that every problem that presents itself gives me an opportunity to solve them and therefore earns me a step closer into achieving my dreams and goals in entering this art/animation industry. So for anyone out there that feels life is throwing you problems, remember that those obstacles are just one of those things you see when you take your eyes off your goals. In other words, keep your eyes focused on your goals!!! With that said, I will be sure to post up more this coming week :)

Hey Everyone,

I first want to say a huge THANK YOU for all the great email,comments and kind words about my blog. So many amazing artist out there in blog-land that I just had to express my love for all of you! I get inspired so much by all of you in every field of art; its awesome! I got really sick this week, I was a bit unproductive to say the least, so unfortunately I could not finish this one fully for the sketch pages this week. Another AM sketch.

This was a quick concept I did for a friend of mine looking into costume designs and expressions to use for his modeling project. More to do, so I hope to be updating him as time goes on. I hope yal like it. :)

This week we had to do a Zodiac sign for the forums on Animation Mentor. Really cool topic and I saw a great opportunity to make it cartooney. So my first is based on the Zodiac Taurus.

Hey Everyone! I am sorry I have not been on the blog or posting at all. Class 5 on Animation Mentor has been eating up a lot of my time trying to think up a good story while maintaining it short. It is a lot harder than I expected but a good learning experience for me. Here is a quick sketch for the week.

(((Thinking)))

Its been a while since I have posted do to the fact that I am working on my short film for Animation Mentor. It has been great to go back and forth with so many talented and enthusiastic animators from Animation Mentor that I call friends in this crazy and exciting industry. Well, I thought this drawing I did would represent these last days in my life because all I have been doing is thinking about my short story and how I will be developing it,presenting it and hopefully making it work. These weeks are going so fast! I also want to thank all you great artist out there that have been blogging and posting comments on my area. I can't express enough on how much I appreciate it and also how much inspiration I get from all of you who posting your amazing and inspiring art on the blogs! Always wishing everyone the best and have a great weekend everyone!
